What Ping provides

Ping checks its available employer listings against the brief you confirm. Its coverage is limited to the sources and jobs it has collected. A match is a recommendation to review a role; it is not a guarantee of eligibility, an interview, employment, pay or the continuing availability of a job.

Employer postings can change. Check the original listing and confirm uncertain facts with the employer before applying. Marketing examples are illustrative.

Your account and applications

Use information you are entitled to provide, keep sign-in access secure, and review the brief saved on your account. Do not use Ping to access someone else’s private information, interfere with the service or run abusive automated requests.

AI-generated CV wording may be inaccurate. You decide which wording to keep and are responsible for the application you submit. Ping opens the employer’s listing and can track that you applied; it does not submit an application for you.

Pro access and recurring billing

Paid checkout is not open yet. The weekly and monthly amounts currently displayed are test prices. Live prices will be confirmed before checkout opens.

Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew until renewal is canceled through Account → Manage billing. Pausing scouting, disabling email, or clearing browser drafts does not cancel renewal. Pro access also depends on current billing verification.

Notifications and service availability

Email alerts are optional and off by default. Continuous scouting requires active Pro access; email also requires consent and an eligible strong match. Unknown required facts do not qualify for an immediate alert. A weekly digest is not currently available.

Matching, provider access, job ingestion and email delivery can be delayed or unavailable. The interface shows these states where it can. Saving or dismissing a job records your choice; it does not train an implicit personal learning system.

Leaving Ping

Download the information you need before deletion. Cancel any renewing subscription first. When available, an accepted deletion request stops scouting and begins account erasure; unresolved billing or provider checks may require further action.

Account deletion does not remove payment-provider records, backups, files you downloaded or drafts in another browser. Read the privacy information and use Help & contact if you need assistance.
