Getting a useful match

In Preferences, describe both your next role and the work you want to do. Add the countries, working arrangements, pay and eligibility conditions that matter to you. A title alone is not enough.

Matches come from the employer listings Ping has checked. An empty result does not mean the whole market has been searched. Review Worth considering for jobs with uncertain facts, or refine your brief. Always check the employer’s original listing before applying.

Scouting and email alerts

Continuous scouting and email alerts are not open yet. You can prepare a brief while the service is being verified.

Email alerts are off by default. When available, a job can qualify for an immediate alert only when its posting supports your hard requirements. You can turn alerts off in Preferences, use the unsubscribe link in an alert, or pause scouting in Account. A weekly digest is not available.

Your profile and application drafts

Save a starting CV in Account → Applicant profile. Each saved job can have its own application draft. The saved account profile is available across browsers; individual job drafts stay in the browser where you edit them.

AI tailoring uses the facts you provide. Review its suggestions before downloading your PDF. Ping does not submit applications: use the employer’s listing to apply. Downloaded PDFs remain on your device.

Signing out or clearing browser drafts removes this account’s local CV drafts and unfinished brief from this browser. Save anything you need as a PDF first. Your saved account profile remains until you change or delete it.

Billing and cancellation

Paid checkout is closed. The amounts shown in Ping Pro are test prices until live checkout opens.

Pausing scouting or turning off email does not cancel a subscription. Cancel renewal in Manage billing before requesting account deletion. If checkout was interrupted, check your access before trying to pay again.

For a billing question, include the checkout reference and a description of the problem. Do not send payment card details.

Export, deletion and privacy

Use Account → Download my data to export the information held on your account. Browser-only job drafts and downloaded PDFs are separate from that export.

Account → Delete my account stops scouting when the deletion request is accepted. Deletion may remain pending while billing or identity-provider checks finish. Follow the account status if action is needed.
